If there is a particular sleep need or problem you are looking to solve, look know further. With initial assessment, guided programs and ongoing support through the phone, we can conquer the sleepless nights together! 

The personalised sleep plan involves an initial telephone or face to face consultation for one hour. You will then complete a sleep form detailing your sleep support needs, expectations and goals.  We will then provide you with a detailed personalised sleep plan and pack of resources to help you establish a sleep schedule. Within the first few days of implementing the plan, there will be another one hour face to face or telephone consultation where we will support you where necessary.  We will also be available for daily support throughout the first two weeks via whatsapp for day-to-day support and general cheerleading!  

We will be there to support you every step of the way.

This programme focuses on the background of the importance of sleep as well as the theory of sleep.  It also covers sleep cycles, reasons for waking and different methods of getting back to sleep including the importance of self settling and routine. As well as of of this, there will be a open Q & A session following the presentation to chat through all things sleep as well as being provided with the 'Helpful Sleep Guide' to take away with you.
